Record keeping is critical, particularly if you plan to have a third party audit or quality assurance certification. These record keeping sheets are templates and should be customized to reflect your standard operating procedures. This document has 21 sections allowing growers to evaluate many different parts of their operation including harvest sanitation, worker hygiene, wild animals, water use, farm biosecurity, and crisis management.
